Would this standard allow a readable English summary alongside structured data, with dates and units kept clear? Also who should a receiving doctor contact if something is missingThe translation part seem easy to overlook. It would help to have a short checklist of export formats and contact details before the trip, not afterwards.. Clinical decisions still need discussion with the treating doctor.
