For our English-speaking colleagues and experts as well as for English-speaking publics we provide a rough translation of the strategy. Although this translation was done by professional translation service, it was made little in hurry and now published without prior deep inspection. The IT, eHealth and medical informatics terminology can be somehow vague, inconsistent and in complex text constructs it may be misleading.
Our plan to inspect the text in future but due to lack of manpower. we decided to publish this rough version to provide at least any material in English. Please use at your own risk.
